I have lived in Cleveland for 39 years and was married to the late Donald Swafford. I am currently married to Robert Burford.
My late husband and I have two daughters - Samantha is married and works as an occupational therapist in Memphis. Shelby is a RN at the ER here in Cleveland. I love having her close by! I also have darling grandson in Memphis that I adore!
Prior to coming to Partnership Properties, I was in the education field for 32 years. I served as interim Principal at Hayes Cooper for the 2024-2025 school year, and I still work part time for Delta State supervising student teachers. I am a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church. I love volunteering in our community and currently serve on the Grammy Education Committee, Delta Arts Alliance Board, Relay for Life Leadership Team, and the Women’s Resource Center Board.
I also enjoy reading, walking, painting, and working in my yard.
I am a people person and service minded, so I am excited to be putting my unique skillset to work helping others make a house a home!
